There are a myriad of Indian dishes from many different regions. I have selected a few that I love to make because they taste fantastic! Some are relatively easy to make, some take a little more effort. You do not have to make all the dishes, I just find with India food, it is great to make many dishes so everyone gets to try a bit at a time. If you do make this menu, there will be lots of leftovers which can easily be frozen and defrosted and reheated at a later date without losing any flavour. Indian curries improve over time. Another reason I make lots of dishes is because I can make them a day or 2 in advance and leave them in the fridge and simply reheat on the night. Use the menu as a guide and omit any dishes you do not want to make.
