Cauliflower can sometimes be challenging to serve without smothering it with cheese! This recipe enhances the cauliflower and gives it a much nicer flavour.

Ingredients
- 1/2 Cauliflower, Cut into Florets
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Chilli Flakes
- 50 grams Pine Nuts, Toasted
Instructions
- Steam the Cauliflower florets until cooked.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan until hot. Add the cauliflower and toss in the olive oil to heat through and coat.
- Sprinkle the chilli flakes all over the cauliflower and toss.
- Remove from heat and put into a serving bowl. Sprinkle with pine nuts and serve.
