Ingredients
- 1 kilogram Peeled Pumpkin, Cut into 4cm Cubes
- 110 grams Unsalted Butter, Softened
- 50 milliliters Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
- Steam pumpkin for 20-30 minutes until very tender.
- Puree using a stick blender with butter and oil until smooth.
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately.
