Ingredients
- 1 Whole Cauliflower
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Cut cauliflower into medium sized florets and place in a bowl.
- Mix all remaining ingredients together in a small jug.
- Pour over cauliflower and toss well to coat.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Place the cauliflower in a single layer on the baking tray.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
