I am putting up this recipe as once you have purchased the ingredients, it is simple, decadent and fabulous! We all need a little luxury from time to time, what better way than caviar and champagne???

- If you do not like goats curd, just use sour cream.

Ingredients
- 1 Packet of Blinis
- 50 grams Jar of Salmon Caviar
- 1 Small Goats Curd
- 50 grams Sour Cream
- Champagne or Sparkling to Serve
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Bake 12 blinis for 5 minutes.
- Top each blini with a spoonful of caviar.
- Top half the blinis with 1/2 teaspoon of sour cream.
- Top half the blinis with 1/2 teaspoon of goats curd.
- Serve immediately with cold champagne!
