I found this recipe through a random search on the internet last year so cannot confirm the source of it! I will say that I was very impressed with the recipe and how quick and easy it was and also by how it turned out. They were not quite a brownie but a very tasty “tea cake”!

Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond Butter
- 1 cup Pumpkin – Steamed and Mashed
- 1 Egg
- 1/3 cup Agarve OR Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Grease and line an 8 x 8 inch baking tin.
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Pour into prepared tin.
- Bake for approx. 25 minutes.
