- TimTams are an Australian iconic biscuit that come in many different variations. This recipe uses the Arnott’s White Chocolate version!
- You can dip the balls in melted white chocolate and allow them to set instead of rolling in coconut – it will create a much sweeter version!

Ingredients
- 2 Packets of White Chocolate Tim Tams
- 225 grams Mascarpone Cheese
- 60 milliliters Baileys Irish Creme Liqueur
- 1 cup Dessicated Coconut
Instructions
- Process the biscuits in a food processor to form crumbs. (Alternatively, place in a Glad Bag or Freezer bag and bash with a rolling pin on a hard surface until you have crumbs!). It is OK if the crumbs have white chocolate bits in!
- Mix the biscuit crumbs with the mascarpone cheese and the Baileys liqueur. Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Roll the mixture into 1 inch balls. Place on a tray and refrigerate for another hour.
- Roll the ball in dessicated coconut until covered all over.
- Place balls on a tray and repeat until all balls have been completed. Place tray in the fridge to allow balls to set.
