The original recipe came from a book called India’s 500 Best Recipes by Hussain, Fernandez, Baljekar & Kanani. It has been modified slightly. Most cultures have a variation of meatballs – Koftas are Indian meat balls! I love the flavours of coriander and mint that compliment the beef!
