This is a refreshing side dish that is traditionally served with curries but could easily be served with any hot or spicy dishes!

- Depending on what I am serving it with, I often slice and cut the cucumber into quarters to create a chunkier dish.

Ingredients
- 2 cups Thick Yogurt, Whisked Until Smooth
- 1/2 cup Mint Leaves, Finely Chopped
- 1 Large Cucumber, Grated
- 3/4 tablespoon Cumin Powder
- 1/4 tablespoon Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tablespoon Sugar
- Pinch Salt
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients together in a large bowl until mixed well.
- Chill for a few hours and then serve.
