Another great entree that requires minimal effort but tastes divine!!! Keep the ingredients in the cupboard for those unexpected guests!
Hints & Tips
- I always use Always Fresh Sea Salt & Olive Oil Crostini biscuits but you can use any brand or make your own!
- If you cannot find crostini biscuits, use Mini Melba Toast as an alternative.
- Best to make just before serving to avoid the biscuits getting soggy with the mayonnaise.
- They look even better topped with a small amount of black caviar on top of the salmon!

Ingredients
- 1 Packet Olive Oil & Sea Salt Crostini Biscuits
- 200 grams Packet of Smoked Salmon
- Wasabi Mayonnaise
Instructions
- Layout on a serving tray, as many crostini biscuits as you wish to serve.
- Put half just less than half a teaspoon of mayonnaise on each biscuit in the middle.
- Top with a folded rectangle of smoked salmon.
- Serve immediately.
