Hints & Tips
- Asparagus is not always in season. You can replace Asparagus with Green Beans or Broccoli. Both work just as well!
- You can adjust how much asparagus you make to suit the number of guests you have to serve.
- You can use an infused Olive Oil instead. Lemon infused Olive Oil works very well with this dish.
- You can toss a few toasted almonds on top to add a nutty touch!

Ingredients
- 3 Bunches Asparagus
- Good Quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Freshly Ground Salt
- Freshly Ground Pepper
Instructions
- Trim the asparagus of woody stalk.
- Bring a large pan of water to the boil.
- Add the asparagus and blanch for two minutes.
- Drain and place the asparagus in a serving dish.
- Drizzle with lots of olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
