Ingredients
- 800 grams Green Beans, Trimmed
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Was and drain the green beans. Pat dry with paper towels.
- In a shallow baking dish, arrange the beans in a single layer.
- Drizzle over olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Use fingers to coat beans evenly with olive oil and then spread out to a single layer with no overlap.
- Bake for 20 - 25 minutes until beans are slightly shrivelled and have brown spots in places.
- Serve immediately.
