I have a passion for Vodka which is as strong, if not stronger than my passion for food and wine! To many of us, vodka is the base for many a great cocktail and is a nice alternative to gin with tonic. My favourite summer drink is Vodka, Fresh Lime and Soda Water – refreshing, low in calories and tastes amazing! The vodka used in cocktails or long drinks is very different to the vodkas I will be introducing you to. There is a whole world of vodkas to discover! Contrary to what you may think, not all vodkas are equal! I am continually discovering vodkas with depth, a subtle or strong flavour or a smoothness that can be simply hard to explain. All tasted one sip at a time, ideally cold, although not always necessary.
