I came across this sparkling wine at my local liquor store. It was recommended to me many years ago and I have never looked back since. Cave de Lugny Cremant de Bourgogne Blanc de Blanc is a light, french sparkling wine at a price and quality that is many times better than some of its Australian counterparts. It is not yeasty or toasty, just easy to drink, goes with almost everything and is so drinkable! For less than $20 ($$), I can serve it at most dinner parties and also anytime I am entertaining large groups and want some really nice bubbles.
