Waratah Hills Pinot Noir – is a special ($$$$) red wine from the Gippsland region in Victoria, Australia. It is a beautiful example of Gippsland Pinot – light, fragrant with a classic savoriness. It is only available at Cellar Door from the winery, but is well worth a visit if you are down in Gippsland. They do excellent, light lunches and have a variety of great wines – whites and reds – to choose from. This one was one of our favourites! Drink it with Peking Duck, Grilled Salmon, Lamb, Rabbit, just about anything! Drink now, rather than cellaring.
