There is nothing better than a great tasting guacamole with simple corn chips! This recipe is great to supplement other dips but also fabulous for parties and large gatherings as it tastes amazing and there is rarely any leftovers!
Hints & Tips
- It is quick and easy to make so do not make it too far in advance as it is best served reasonably fresh!
- For this recipe, the avocados must be ripe. For me that means if you press on them they give a little.

Ingredients
- 2 Large Ripe Avocados
- 1/2 Red Onion, Finely Diced
- 1 Medium Tomato, Finely Chopped
- Juice from 1/2 Lemon
- Liberal Dash of Tabasco Sauce
- Bag of Plain Corn Chips
Instructions
- Mash up the avocado in a bowl using a fork.
- Add in the onion, tomato, lemon juice and tabasco sauce and mix well.
- Serve immediately with Corn Chips.
