A few years ago, my partner and I visited Spain and did a 10 day walking, wine and tapas tour from Bilbao to Barcelona. With limited time and budget, it was a great way to see a part of Spain and experience the local culture and food in a short space of time. This was the start of a continuing love affair with Spanish food. I managed to pick up a fantastic small, cookbook containing a multitude of Spanish tapas dishes, some of which make up this menu! This menu was put together for 10 people. You can choose to omit recipes from each course if you want to cater for a smaller number of people.
