You want a menu but you want something light, nothing too heavy or rich, just a light seafood menu – well here it is! I have included a number of dishes as they work well together but feel free to choose only the ones you want and add in any others as needed! I have only included one entree – Eva’s Coriander Soup – it is so beautiful as a dish that it simply does not require anything else with it! Of the mains, I am partial to salmon so would choose that over rockling but if you want a variety, do both! As for the desserts, they are both awesome – the Drunken Oranges is the easiest with the least amount of effort and will work perfectly with this menu but pavlova is a little more decadent!
